Refund policy

We want you to love your LIEF products, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to accept returns if you are not fully satisfied.  The refund amount will be for the amount of the product and sales tax (if applicable) less any shipping charges you paid on the original order (as we can't get a refund from the carrier that shipped it to you which is service already completed) and less a $6.95 return shipping and restocking fee.

Note the flat $6.95 fee for returns is presented as a flat return shipping charge when you initiate a return and will cover all items on the original order such that an original order with a return request for 1 item or and order for 2+ items will have only the same $6.95 charge for return shipping, inspection and refund processing.  Customers cannot use their own shipping method to send returns back for a refund and save the $6.95 return fee.  This is required as the return shipping label must be created by LIEF in order to ensure returns are correctly routed within our warehouse so they can be inspected and marked as received in condition conforming to requirements for a customer refund to be processed (see following paragraphs for condition requirements).

LIEF will accept returns if the item is unworn, not damaged and all tags are still attached.  Requests for return and refund must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date the item was delivered.  The date delivered is defined as the date the carrier shows the parcel was delivered on their website (we provide tracking numbers promptly via email and/or SMS upon shipment of every order from our warehouse). 

Upon request for a return and refund we will issue a return approval via email providing the return shipping label so you can return the product.  Upon issuance of the return shipping label, if the product is provided to the return carried within 15 days of issuance of the return approval email and return shipping label your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the item.
